Mileage limits on collector policies, anyone bitten?

Some collector policies have low annual mileage caps. Has anyone gone over and had a claim issue? I actually want to drive mine.

Most have a pleasure use allowance that is more generous than people assume. Read the policy, but I have never come close.

Call and ask for a higher mileage tier if you drive a lot. Usually a small bump in premium.
