First service on an exotic that has been sitting

Picked up a garage kept car that did maybe 800 miles in three years. Beyond fluids, what should I prioritize on the first service after long storage?

All the fluids, no exceptions. Then tires by age not tread, brake lines, and the fuel system. Old gas is no joke.

Do not skip the tires. Three years is past the date code comfort zone even with low miles.
